Yes. This is one of our most valued services. We prepare and submit all HOA architectural review committee packages, respond to revision requests, and track approval status on your behalf. What is the difference between plaster and Pebble Tec?
Standard white plaster is the most affordable finish and the industry baseline. Quartz aggregate adds durability and a subtle sparkle at moderate cost. Pebble Tec is a premium exposed-aggregate finish made of natural pebbles and glass beads — it's extraordinarily durable, significantly more stain-resistant, and produces that deep, jewel-toned color that photographs beautifully on Instagram. We recommend Pebble Tec for clients who want the best long-term value and aesthetic impact. It typically adds $6,000 to $14,000 depending on pool size.
Salt water or traditional chlorine? Which do you recommend?
We install salt chlorination systems as our default recommendation for most clients. Saltwater pools use a chlorine generator to produce chlorine from salt — the water feels softer, there's no chlorine smell, and operating costs are lower over time. Traditional chlorine systems are still excellent and slightly lower upfront cost. About 80% of our new builds include a salt system. Do you offer financing for pool construction?

Financing options include unsecured personal loans, home equity loans, and construction loans with terms up to 20 years. Many Frisco homeowners also use HELOC products through their existing mortgage lender. We'll provide you a referral to our lending partners at no additional cost, and they can often pre-qualify you within 24 hours.
What does ongoing pool maintenance look like — do you offer a service plan?
We provide a complete first-year maintenance guide and a free 30-day orientation at pool startup. For ongoing service, we partner with three local pool service companies in the Frisco/Prosper area that we refer exclusively to our clients. Monthly pool maintenance in DFW typically runs $150 to $250 for weekly service. If you prefer to maintain the pool yourself, our smart automation system makes it straightforward — test strips, a weekly salt check, and quarterly filter cleaning covers most of it.
What warranty do you provide?
Our warranty is one of the strongest in the north Texas market: a lifetime structural warranty on the gunite shell, a 3-year warranty on plaster and Pebble Tec finishes, and full manufacturer warranty pass-through on all equipment (Pentair and Hayward equipment carries 1- to 3-year manufacturer warranties, which we assist in filing).
